What is the cost and how is it computed? Hourly? Flat fee? By percentage?
Exactly what does the quoted fee include and omit?

What was my first impression of this person?
Will I feel comfortable working closely with this person?
Does he or she understand and respect my taste, style, desires and needs?
Do I trust that this person will work hard to provide the service(s)to my satisfaction?
